Asset: PoorlyDrawnDinosaurs.com (the “Website”)
Seller: Ricky Gothlin
Buyer: The individual or entity purchasing the asset from the Seller
Nature of the Sale
This is a one-time, as-is sale of a fully developed digital asset including:
- The domain name: PoorlyDrawnDinosaurs.com
- The complete WordPress website and its configurations
- A content library of 97 eBooks (PDF) and 97 educational video files (MP4)
- The associated Bunny.net account used for video hosting
- All branding materials, and custom admin tools (Video Tools plugin)
The Website is delivered fully built and functional, but with no guarantees of traffic, revenue, or future performance.
Transfer of Rights
Upon receipt of payment and completion of the asset transfer:
- The Buyer receives full ownership and usage rights to the Website and its contents
- The eBooks and videos are licensed under PLR/MRR rights and may be resold and monetized, but not re-licensed to third parties
- The Seller will provide source files, admin access credentials, and assistance in transferring the domain and hosting accounts
After the transfer is complete, the Seller retains no claim or control over the Website or associated materials.
Liability & Indemnity
The Buyer agrees that:
- The Seller is not liable for any outcomes, damages, or business impacts related to the future use of the Website
- Any modifications, marketing, legal compliance, or commercial use of the content is the sole responsibility of the Buyer
- The Buyer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Seller from any third-party claims or liabilities arising after the sale
No Guarantees or Refunds
This is a final, non-refundable sale.
- No earnings or traffic history is offered or implied
- Any projections or examples are provided for illustration purposes only
- The Buyer accepts full responsibility for performing any due diligence before purchase
Post-Sale Support
The Seller agrees to provide up to 30 days of post-sale support, including:
- Answering setup or operational questions
- Transferring the Bunny.net account and domain ownership
Beyond this period, no ongoing support is included.
Applicable Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Seller’s jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acknowledgment
By completing the purchase, the Buyer affirms that they understand, accept, and agree to all terms outlined in this document.
